European Satellite Navigation Competition 2016
cesah is looking for participants for the European Satellite Navigation Competition 2016 (ESNC) - Hesse Challenge.
We are looking for innovative ideas around the use of satellite navigation for example: services, products and business models using satellite navigation in every day life. If you would like to participate then apply online on www.hesse.esnc.eu until June 30, 2016. The winner will receive a cash prize of 3.000 EUR (by Hessen-IT).
The competition is addressed to companies, entrepreneurs, universities and private individuals - anyone can participate. Next to innovative applications for Galileo, applications that can been realized with existing satellite navigation systems like GPS, GLONASS and EGNOS will also be rewarded. Additional there will be several special prizes this year handed over from a professional jury. More than 20 partners world wide finance and support the competitions in their regions. Further prizes consist of bonus, business incubations, consultations for startups, consultations of patents, technical support, entrance to testing facilities, developments of prototypes, advertising, support in marketing and much more.

Since 2004, the annual European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC) has recognised products, services, and innovations designed to enhance everyday life with the help of satellite navigation. In addition to cash prizes, winners profit primarily from the assistance they receive in implementing their business models. They also benefit from working closely with partner regions and leading affiliated institutions around the world. Geared towards individuals and teams from universities and the broader fields of research and industry, the ESNC invites those interested to participate from 1 April to 30 June 2014 at www.hesse.galileo-masters.eu.
